Non Clog Sewage Submersible Pump
Jasco non-clog sewage submersible pumps are designed to handle raw sewage. It can handle solids up to 125mm. It can pump out fibrous material, plastics sheets and soft solids. It can also be provided with cutter/agitator arrangement. It can handle slurry, effluents etc. It can be installed either with guide rail system or portable arrangement.

Jasco-non-clog sewage pumps are driven by 'F' class squirrel cage induction motor as per IP-68, suitable for 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz a.c. supply. Impeller of the pump is directly mounted on the extended shaft of motor, motor is protected with thermistor control, moisture sensor, reverse direction rotation protection, two mechanical seals running in oil of adequate combination

Stationary parts like motor body, oil chamber, volute etc. are of graded CI castings, shaft shall be S.S., heavy duty anti-friction ball bearings shall be fitted. Impeller shall be graded C.I,/S.S. or as the clients requirement, mullticore P.V.C. round cable, with double P.V.C. seathing, shall be connected as standard accessory. All assembly parts are made water tight by using suitable 'O' rings/gaskets. Rotor and Impeller are dynamically balanced for vibration free rotation. All major CI parts are hydraulically tested at suitable pressure to avoid leakage while running.
