Our company manufactures this industrial submersible pump utilizing sophisticated technology in our manufacturing unit. The industrial submersible pump operates efficiently and incurs low operational cost and maintenance cost. 

Special Features &Advantages:

• The Motors are squirrel cage type completely enclosed, wet type induction motor ideal for Single Phase, 230V / 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 c/s a.c. supply, filled with drinking water
• Dual seals and sand guard are provided to protect and prevent contamination of outside borewell water
• Stainless steel pipe is used for making Stator
• Varnish under vacuum is added to Stator & Rotors and baked-under controlled temperature to prevent rusting in water
• SS sleeves are shrink fitted at bearing locations on rotor shaft and ground to closer tolerance for smooth operations
• Winding wire is manufactured using water resistance P.V.C. Coated / Poly coated copper wire
• Vibration free operation is confirmed with the dynamically balanced Rotor assembly
• Rotor bars are of copper of electrolytic grade
• All bush bearings are water lubricated
• Thrust bearing assembly is fitted with tilted pads that rest on Stainless Steel Balls and supported by locating pin to take the higher axial load
• The revolving thrust plate is made from Stainless Steel & fitted securely fixed to the Stainless Steel Plate
• Rubber diaphragm is fitted at the motor's base to equalise pressure due to variation in temperature during operation
• Rubber gromets protect the lead cables
• The motor is fabricated as per IS 9283 / 1995

The Pump

• It is a vertical multistage centrifugal pump with mixed flow/ radial flow type SS impeller
• The dynamically balanced impellers have closed grained graded CI stationary parts with smooth profiles with no determental defects
• The bearing bush is water lubricated type
• Stainless steel is used to manufacture the Pump shaft Sleeves & Coupling
• Impeller & sleeves are fixed safely on Stainless Steel Shaft with Stainless Steel Key
• Bolting is done to lock the bowls to get high Concentric accuracy and reliability
• A streamlined non return valve is there to avoid reverse rotation of pump assembly when it is switched off
• Stainless Steel Suction strainer is offered to prevent entry of suspended material in water
• Cable guards all along the pump body protect the cable from being wearing out during installation
• The pump is manufactured in line with the IS: 8034 / 2002.

Mono Set Pumps: -

Features

• As the pump and motor makes a single unit, there is no requirement alignment or coupling
• The wet type, water lubricated and water cooled motor can be availed for 3 phase 415V and single phase 230V A.C. Supply
• The motor is wound with Poly coated / PVC coated wire
• Stators and Rotors are produced using quality silicon stamping to reduce the losses and increase the motor's efficiency
• The rotors and stators with varnish added into their under vacuum are further baked under controlled temperature to achieve hard finish
• All rotating parts, such as rotors and impellers are dynamically balanced
• This pump can withstand variations in supply voltage
• It completely submerges in the water and requires no priming
• No pump house is needed and initial investment is low
• High overall efficiency of this pump results in lower electricity bills
• Pollution free as it causes no contamination of oil/grease
• All C.I. Parts in line with S - 210 FG 200.
