Polder Type Submersible Pump
- Jasco Polder type submersible pump is a robustly constructed pump that has a computer aided design. This compact and efficient pump at minimum power output gives optimum output. There are many features of this pump which makes it highly regarding type in the market, for instance continuous operation, no pump housing required, suction from bottom, and drawing of water to lowest level. The wetted parts undergo special anti-corrosive process to enhance their life.
- Jasco Polder type submersible pump has a wet type motor which is water filled and water cooled, which requires supply of 3 Phase, 415 V, 50Hz A.C. The water flows between motor body and jacket, to meet the motor cool. The extended motor shaft has a mixed flow impeller on it. The mechanical seals of right size and combination of material are used, which protect the motor from raw water. Heavy duty thermal varnish is vacuum impregnated in stator and rotor. The dynamic balancing of impeller and rotor assembly enables noiseless and vibration free operation.
- C.I. casting is used for stationary parts of the motor, for instance housing, suction case, bowl, discharge outlet, etc. The motor body and jacket are hydraulically tested. On the client request, shaft can be made of stainless steel, impeller can be made of CI, bronze or stainless steel, protecting sleeve can be made of stainless steel and bearing bush can be of leaded tin bronze. The wiring of the motor will be of PVC, coated wire winding. The thrust bearing will be either graphite or stainless steel plate, which is duly ground and lapped.
